Sprint Store at 25312 Madison Avenue, Murrieta, California.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with any company. I signed up on the buy one get one free in October 2017. I bought 4 phones on the buy one get one free promotion. This means I pay for two lines and get two free.

This is now March 2018 and every month they charge me for three lines. Every single month I have to call to have them fix the bill. Of coarse every time they told me that it won’t happen again. Every call was at least an hour long with the most unprofessional, unorganized customer service.

Over the coarse of the last five months I have also been back to the store three times and spoke with their manager over the phone on three separate occasions. And of course, every time they assured me the problem is resolved.

Now in March they still have NOT fixed my bill. Please do not ever do business with Sprint.... I never thought I would say this but I would rather be with Verizon.

Today, Andrew (the store manager) called me to tell me they are going to credit me all future payments for the one extra line in a lump sum of $296 and it has already been taken care of. Which I am fine with. But when I checked my bill today they only credited me $130.

This place is the most unprofessional business I’ve ever dealt with. After doing a google search I found that there are over 12,000 complaints about Sprint’s billing department.
