MOTECH Performance at 41715 Elm Street, Murrieta, California.

I heard nothing but good things about this place but after my phone call to the shop to get a quote, i was told that they were going to call me back, well, that was last week. Heard nothing back. This is the one thing that i do not appreciate about a business that starts small and than they get busy and start lacking in customer service. Remember, the only thing that separates you from the big corporates is the customer service you can provide on individual bases.
I will take my business and spend my $25.000 at a shop that appreciates small business.
