    Long wait time on phone. 45 mins to 1 hr not uncommon. Have gotten 3 different reasons why I need to change companies. Real big hassle!!!

    I agree To disagree! Apria Health Care is a large company. One must be patient when dealing with any healthcare company that handled a heavily popular area...like the INLAND VALLEY. I am new but have experienced similar problems with phone, but after settling in I have found them to be a fine organization! SINCERELY, Wayne
