I have always found the food acceptable. This time the service was okay (aka they gave a refund) but it was a horrible guacamole thick burger. A very dry, room temperature patty that was broken into several pieces and crumbling with a pepper and plastic flavor. Bun was also crumbling with a slight powdery-chalky texture and a very stale taste. Yuck. The cheese was cold of course. There was a small dollop of guacamole covering less than half of the burger. Hugely disappointed, I’m avoiding this particular store for a while.
